When we chatted about a month ago, I told you about our satisfaction with the house you built for us and with all the dealings with everyone in your company. This letter reiterates those thoughts. We really appreciate your encouraging us to come to the job site every day to watch the construction. We saw that the quality of carpentry and other work that's hidden behind walls is every bit as good as the quality of the finish work that you easily see. In several situations you could have done the work a little less expensively, but you always came through by doing it the correct and best way. We really value the high quality of the work, since both of us are engineers.

In all our dealings with you, we felt as if a longstanding friend was building the house for us. The same was true of our dealings with all the people in your company, especially Bonnie and John. It was a relief knowing that we were being treated fairly during the construction process. Overall the entire experience was fun rather than stressfull.
